Our Ethos
We are a dedicated football club committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for children to have the opportunity to play football, have fun and be part of a supportive team.
Our Credentials
Liversedge Juniors FC is an independent junior football club affiliated to the West Riding County FA and is an FA Charter Standard Club.
The club is run entirely by volunteers and all coaching and teaching is provided at a minimum FA Level 1 standard.
Our dedicated coaches are FA approved and have full DBS verification, as well as safe guarding and first aid training.
Our History
Liversedge Juniors FC was originally founded in 2004 and was formerly known as Cleckheaton Sporting Juniors.
In 2020 the club became known as Liversedge Juniors FC and enjoyed an informal link to local senior team Liversedge FC.
Following this, after 16 years of dedication to grass roots football, the former committee members and coaches decided to retire and pass the responsibility of the club on.
In 2022 a group of parents and coaches committed to undertake the running of this long established independent club to ensure its continuation. At this point we moved to our current location in Liversedge, utilising the excellent sports facilities at Spen Valley High School.
